Most NorthStar anesthesiologists are employed as W-2 employees, which offers clinicians the flexibility of a fixed salary with a steady case load. We strive to optimize your administrative responsibilities so you can pursue professional development opportunities in the specialty.
We don’t offer either research or education opportunities ourselves. Those opportunities exist at the facilities that also have medical schools that allow our clinicians to participate in their research or educational opportunities.
