The transition period varies by facility, according to their requirements, so there is no set amount of time.  Once the partnership is announced, we remain aligned with your team and offer regular touchpoints at the cadence that works for each team.

In our Triad model, CRNAs, anesthesiologists, and operations teams collaborate in decision-making at the local, regional, and national level.
