At NorthStar Anesthesia, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to staffing our locations. Rather than emphasize ratios, we build the right staffing model for each location and case mix, prioritizing our anesthesia care team approach to meet patient needs.
We use a variety of compensation models. Base compensation covers agreed upon hours and caseload, and anything above and beyond that is compensated based on discussions among the team.

In managing anesthesia care transitions, NorthStar will partner with you on clinician retention while applying our proven protocols to ensure a smooth change. Our transition team will work closely with you to align your existing culture with our values, putting clinicians at the center of decision-making and leadership while emphasizing the delivery of high-quality patient care.
