Since 1982, the Sentry team has grown from a small group in Newnan to a statewide presence. In the past 4 months alone, five new client sites have joined the portfolio: OrthoAtlanta in Austell, Professional Eye Surgery Center in Dalton, Tackle Eye Center in Griffin, Apex Spine and Neurosurgery center in Suwanee and a Spine Surgery Center in the Atlanta area. In Georgia, NorthStar’s reach extends across the entire acuity spectrum. This breadth is made possible by an intentional recruiting strategy and rigorous onboarding processes that equip providers to deliver excellence regardless of setting.
Recruiting for the Future
NorthStar’s recruiting pipeline strength is another differentiator. With ties to over 65 CRNA training programs—including Augusta University, Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), and Emory—NorthStar has created one of the most reliable and respected anesthesia talent pipelines in the country. New graduates rotate through a variety of Sentry and other Georgia sites and are trained in the skills that matter most in ASC care: clinical independence, efficiency, and patient-centered focus. Each year, 5–10 new graduates join the team directly from this pipeline, with many returning to the very communities where they trained.
